Shipping is free on all purchases over $49.00 shipped in the United States.  Shipping will be charged on items under $49.00 and items shipped outside of the United States.  For items under $49.00 shipped in the United States USPS flat rate mail will be used unless another shipping method is selected.  Returns will be subject to shipping costs. 

Orders are fulfilled during normal business hours Monday – Friday, in Houston, Texas and will be shipped as quickly as possible.  Most in stock items ship with in 1-2 business days of your purchase; however, due to the handmade nature of our products, some orders may take 3 to 5 business days to ship (you will be notified should a delay apply to your order).  As soon as your order is nicely packaged and ready to ship, an email will be sent along with tracking information.  Should you need your items sooner or by a specific date, please email us to let us know.  We are happy to help in any way we can.  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund if notified within 14 days of the delivery date.  After the 14-day period, a store credit may be granted or repairs and alterations may be made. Repairs and alterations may include a small handling and materials charge.  Returns are subject to shipping costs.
